Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Leuchter was Principal-in-Charge of the Global People and HR Transformation practice at The Hackett Group. Previously, he was a leader in people advisory services at Ernst & Young and a practitioner at Crowe Horwath.

Mr. Leuchter brings to the firm nearly 20 years of HR and talent management strategy experience as both a practitioner and client service professional. Working primarily with global multinationals in the industrial sector, his core areas of expertise are strategy articulation and implementation, enterprise, functional and program performance improvement and organizational design, change and development solutions.

He has led multiple Fortune 1000 C-suite, business and HR leadership teams through strategy articulation and planning, designing and implementing operating and service delivery models, and optimizing people capabilities and processes.

Mr. Leuchter has held leadership positions at The Hackett Group, Ernst & Young, Capgemini Consulting and Crowe Horwath. 

Mr. Leuchter received his Doctorate in Business Psychology and Master’s in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Mr. Leuchter also holds the following certifications: SHRM Senior Consulting Professional, Senior Professional in Human Resources, Master Human Capital Strategists, Strategic Workforce Planning and Six Sigma.
