Scott Rodin is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay Group, located in the firm's New York office.

Mr. Rodin has led all HR programs to support the largest US IPO of 2015 including new executive compensation administration and reporting, writing the CD&A, creating new global broad based plans and an ESPP.

He designed and implemented new health care strategy for US operations using a state of the art private exchange model. This provided more choice and better economics for employees and immediate and ongoing cost savings for the company.

In order to ensure greater risk management at one of the worlds largest banks, Mr. Rodin served as the team leader for the complete redesign of reward programs in the US and Latin America (representing 30% of global revenue)

As a private equity operating partner, he led multi-discipline Total Rewards design teams at 40 portfolio companies in the U.S., UK, Germany and Japan.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Rodin was SVP of Total Rewards for a Fortune 250 FinTech company, where he led the company’s HR programs related to their 2015 IPO. He held similar roles at large global banks in the US, Japan and Europe. In between, Mr. Rodin spent four years as an HR Operating Executive with one of the worlds largest private investment firms, where he worked with portfolio companies around transformation and turnaround efforts involving executive and employee compensation, performance management, health, welfare, retirement, technology and business operations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rodin spent time in advisory firms including Towers Perrin and Ernst & Young, after several years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Rodin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University, and is a New York State CPA.. He began his career in public accounting and his first professional role was as an auditor for Coopers and Lybrand.
