Sid is a member of Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession and Coaching Practices. He provides expertise in executive development, succession planning, executive assessment, onboarding, and helping CEOs, senior leaders, and expatriates through transitions.

His passion for executive development and coaching comes from his experience with the entrepreneurial and business leaders in his family; while successful CEOs, they were either overly focused on results at the expense of people or were paternalistic and struggled to drive results and hold others accountable. After a successful career in business, he has devoted himself to helping leaders grow into their full potential and increase their impact. He believes that better leaders make a better world. 

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, he was a Managing Director for PDI Ninth House. His professional history includes serving as a Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting; Director of Information Systems at First American Insurance Company; and Vice President of Finance at Management Insurance Consultants, Inc.

Sid earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Creighton University, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College, a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Baylor University and is a licensed psychologist.  He is ICF (International Caching Federation) certified at the PCC level.
