Operating Executive, EMEA & Market Leader, Consumer, EMEA

Simon Revere serves as the Operating Executive, EMEA for Futurestep’s Search and Projects business in the region in addition to leading the region’s Consumer Market.

As the regional operating executive, Mr. Revere is responsible for driving growth of the company’s Search and Projects business across all markets and for encouraging collaboration across all three lines of Korn Ferry’s business. As the regional consumer market leader, he focuses on building Futurestep’s experience and expertise in four key consumer sectors: Retail; Consumer Products; Travel, Leisure and Hospitality; and Sports, Media and Entertainment.

Prior to re-joining the EMEA leadership team, Mr. Revere oversaw the Consumer Market Practice in North America where, in two years, he tripled Futurestep’s search business within the space. He demonstrates a keen ability to build client relationships and successfully leverages existing relationships across Futurestep and Korn Ferry Search to deliver top-quality candidates. In addition to his role as Market Leader, Mr. Revere served as Practice Leader for the Supply Chain Practice in the region, working closely with Korn Ferry’s Global Supply Chain Center of Expertise. His deep functional expertise spans supply chain management, procurement, marketing and sales, logistics, manufacturing and operations.

Earlier in his tenure with Futurestep, Mr. Revere led the Consumer Practice in the United Kingdom and the Supply Chain Practice for EMEA. He has more than 15 years of search experience and joined Futurestep from a boutique firm where he led the Consumer Practice for EMEA. Before that, Mr. Revere spent four years running his own executive search and training company delivering services to clients in the Industrial & Consumer sector. He began his career in recruitment working for specialist recruitment companies in the property, construction and architecture sectors.

Mr. Revere holds a Bachelor of Arts in Norwegian & Scandinavian Studies from University College London. He speaks English and Norwegian.
