Stephan Menge is Associate Client Partner located in Frankfurt. He has more than 20 years of Sales and Account Management experience.

Starting at a candidate sourcing agency, he then worked in the IT industry as Key Account Manager and Solutions Consultant for major clients in Germany as well as International Sales Manager role, winning new customers and distributors in Northern Europe and China.

In 2005 Stephan joined a French personnel development company as Key Account Manager, and later Team Manager Key Accounts. In addition, he worked as International Project Manager and Trainer/Coach. He facilitated several Sales and Account Management Trainings with a hands-on focus to develop the right skills needed for the sales force to overachieve the targets.

From 2010 Stephan has hold different sales and account Management roles in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Industry and is since 2017 part of the advisory team of Korn Ferry.

Mr. Menge’s focus has always been customer satisfaction and account development as well as identifying solutions that support customers in achieving competitive advantage and their overall business goals. His consulting focus is on recruiting challenges, as well as developing the right skills for the individual employee and in terms of the broader perspective of the organization. In addition, he supports the Insight (employer survey) offering with a strong focus on client advisory and business development.
