As a member of the Firm's Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice, Mr. Brengle serves pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, medical device, consumer, the FDA and contract research/service organizations. In working with companies ranging from Venture Capital start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations, he has successfully appointed CEOs, Chief Medical Officers, CFOs, COOs and global senior executives responsible for critical functions such as research, marketing, finance, manufacturing, commercialization, regulatory and clinical development.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Brengle served as a search consultant with another large global executive search firm, where he engaged in multiple assignments spanning across Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. His experience reached across the C-Suite and in to other functional roles in Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Medical Affairs, Research and Development and Commercial. Mr. Brengle began his executive search career with a boutique Life Sciences firm based in Philadelphia. He also conducted several interim assignments as a search consultant at a leading global ethics and compliance firm. There, he built out a number of functions including sales, finance, technology, and product development by identifying thought leaders in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Before entering the search profession, Mr. Brengle conducted historical research as a civilian affiliate of the United States Army. He was involved in the development of several projects receiving critical acclaim including the New York Times’ bestselling series, War Letters. He was a key team member producing an interactive teaching tool used by United States Service Academies and many of the nation’s premier military museums.

Mr. Brengle is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
