Ms. Valandro has more than fifteen years of experience in assessment, development, and coaching, working with managers and executives across multiple languages and cultures. She works with C-Suite and senior executives to identify potential, focus development, and drive succession management. Ms. Valandro manages global accounts and partners with clients in the basic materials, consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, health care, industrial goods and services, retail, technology products and services, telecommunications, and transportation industries.

As a coach, Ms. Valandro is sensitive to transcultural issues and helps clients improve their skills in change management, relationships, influencing, role transitions and onboarding. Overall, she works with the leaders to find the right balance between business, leadership, people, and personal agendas. Ms. Valandro is sought after as a coach for women executives.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Valandro was a Senior Consultant for PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company. Before that she was a change management consultant for KPMG. Her employment history includes serving as a certified coach for Bund Deutscher Pychologen – the official psychologists association of Germany. She is also a speaker and educator and has published articles on coaching women.

Ms. Valandro is a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Psychologie.

She earned a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Innsbruck and a master’s degree in personnel and organizational development from the Technical University Berlin. She is a certified coach of DGFP.
