Senior Principal

Teresa is a Senior Principal based in the Leadership Development and Assessment practice in Korn Ferry’s Zurich office. She brings over 20 years of experience as a human resources and talent development professional, including line and consulting roles.

She joined the firm in 2012 in the Madrid office, and moved to India in 2017 playing a significant role in building KF capabilities across APAC until the end of 2020. Since January 2021, she is be based in Switzerland serving clients from different industries across the globe. Supports our client’s strategies defining and implementing talent development solutions anchored both on the common sense she has acquired along her global career and on a deep understanding of KF research. She is specialized in the following areas:

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: project leadership, design and facilitation of workshops and mentoring programs for underrepresented talent (women, young talent and neurodivergent individuals) and people leaders in global organizations.
  • Leadership Development: leadership, design and facilitation of learning journeys combining different learning methodologies to develop leadership and professional skills. Executive and Professional Coaching. Group and Team Coaching.
  • Assessment and Succession: Design and program leadership of global assessment programs with different objectives (selection, promotion, development). Talent analytics to facilitate decision-making. Executive and High-potential assessments.

Teresa is certified in most of the KF assessment and feedback tools and is part of the KF Faculty certification team. She is also accredited in the use of GPI, Hogan’s inventories, and MBTI. PCC Executive Coach and Organizational Development Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is also an ADHD Coach.

Teresa holds an MBA from the IE Business School, a master’s degree in human resources management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a bachelor’s degree in education from Universitat de Barcelona. She has been a professor in the Executive Coaching Program from the IE Business School for 7 years, and an associate teacher Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in the field of change management for over 10 years. She is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
