Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Ms. Bean resides in Seattle, Washington brings  more than 20 years of management and HCM experience.

Recognized for partnering with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that makes positive contributions to business results while fostering a culture that values inclusion and builds leaders to support that commitment.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Ms. Bean worked as a consulting partner for Assess Systems. She has also held a leadership role at Right Management as the senior vice president consulting services and as a Human Resources and talent leader with a Fortune 500 retail organization, where she led a division in training and development and talent acquisition.

She has held positions in operations management, retail buying and merchandising and various roles within Human Resources.

She works with clients to develop a talent strategy that leverages their investment in people  to attract and retain talent and differentiates them among their competitors.

She has worked with clients in the industrial-energy and utilities, consumer, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology products and services industries.

As a consulting partner, Ms. Bean provides advisory support across the talent life cycle with focus on leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition and assessment.

Ms. Bean holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial and organizational psychology. She is one of the founding board members of Women with Promise, a not-for-profit organization that works to empower women to build a future with promise and success. She also served on the Board of Advisors for United Healing Center, an organization that supports individuals and their families in healing following trauma.
