Mr. Vigue brings over 25 years of experience in organizational consulting and human resources to his work helping clients achieve their business goals. Mr. Vigue’s passion and focus lie in identifying the barriers preventing organizations from maximizing their entire workforce and designing solutions to unleash that full potential.

He has led consulting and training engagements with organizations in a wide range of industries, including Dell, Roche, Compass USA, Intel, Boston Scientific, MIT Medical, Pfizer, WL Gore, The Economist, Fidelity Investments and Kimberly-Clark.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Vigue spent over 10 years in talent management for several leading firms. As AVP of Human Resources for MFS Investments in Boston, MA, he was responsible for the staffing and employee relations functions. Prior to his work in the financial services industry, Mr. Vigue spent several years in retail management.

Mr. Vigue shares his expertise in talent management at client and industry conferences and in various publications. He has written and presented on topics such as inclusive selection and onboarding, talent development strategies, and cultural competence. Recently he led a leadership session for employee resource groups at the annual Out and Equal Summit in Minneapolis, MN.

He has been quoted in publications such as the Baltimore Sun, HR Magazine, HR.com, Management Consultant International, and Industry Week. He has also appeared on CNBC’s “Street Signs” with Erin Burnett.

Mr. Vigue holds a master’s of business administration from Boston University with a concentration in organizational behavior and a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in psychology from Bates College.
