Tom Walsh is based in Korn Ferry's Dublin office and works globally with Korn Ferry's marquee and regional accounts developing executive level leaders and talent in a wide variety of contexts.

Mr Walsh designs and delivers interventions with executive teams and executive high potential talent in order to improve their performance through self reflection and behaviour change.

He works extensively with CEOs and their top teams to enable them to be more effective and perform better better as a team.

Using Korn Ferry's unique IP in this area he helps CEOs and their teams develop their purpose as a team, create clarity on their accountability domains, establish their behavioural norms and operating cadence.

Helping executive high potential transition through critical career stages is also a focus area for Tom. His work in talent development has been focused at the enterprise level and at other senior levels and always through nurturing a growth mindset. 

Tom has been with Korn Ferry since 2005. As a master facilitator he facilitates development programmes to develop enterprise leadership competence, impact growth, manage through change, enable minorities and impact organisational effectiveness though diversity and inclusion interventions

Tom is also an executive coach and sits on a number of coaching faculties of Korn Ferry's marquee an regional accounts. His passion centres around enabling leaders to reach their potential and consequently help their organisations perform.

He has worked extensively within Europe and further afield in the US, Asia and Africa, and across sectors such as financial services, life sciences, telecommunications, retail, engineering and gaming.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Tom worked within the HR services practice of a big 4 consulting firm.

Tom  holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology & Economics) and post graduate qualifications in Legal Studies and Public Relations.  He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers - Ireland (IMCA) and is a former vice president..
