Ms. Ford has extensive experience working with senior teams on strategic planning and management education. She consults with and coaches executives from a variety of industries including advertising, big box retail, financial services, manufacturing, insurance, utilities, and commercial real estate. She excels at partnering with leaders and groups to uncover and leverage hidden strengths, building a bridge between business strategy and human performance.

Ms. Ford is a master facilitator for the firm’s efficacy workshops. She developed and designed curricula for the Tools to Mentor workshop and Straight Talk about Performance, Team Conflict and Organizational Change.

She is a co-author of the Firm’s Four Stages Research Series and a contributor to The Power of Inclusion.

She has served as vice-president with Global Novations, the president of Novations Project Management, COO and partner of J. Howard & Associates, and executive director of the Efficacy Institute.

Ms. Ford is a graduate of the University of Alabama and a certified member of the International Coaching Federation.
