Wendy Monsen's portfolio spans various industries including; public sector government affairs not-for-profit education healthcare life sciences industrial aerospace & defense financial services technology cyber security law enforcement energy transportation and intelligence.

Ms. Monsen holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance and is a subject matter expert in federal contracting and not-for-profit operations.  With over twenty years executive level experience in contract acquisition, management, and operations, she forged partnerships with a multitude of public officials.

Wendy's experience includes M&A, restructuring and  change management in heavily regulated environments She has successfully managed and novated contract portfolios in excess of $250 million. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2013, she worked for a not-for-profit participating in the AbilityOne Program, winning facilities and security contracts in service to the White House, the Pentagon and the Department of Energy.  In this role she oversaw government contracts valued over $100 million annually.

Ms. Monsen is a credential Facility Security Officer (FSO) as recognized by the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.  Her current clients operate in some of the most secure environments protecting national security and the war fighter. 

In addition to her primary role, Wendy leads Korn Ferry's Veterans Transition Program and regularly  coaches service members who are moving into civilian roles across a number of industries, including cybersecurity, technology, industrial and professional services.

Ms. Monsen is a long-standing member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).  She serves as Board Chairman for SENSA Solutions, Inc, and is on the Board of Counselors for the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business MBV Program. 

She received her master's certification in government contracting from The George Washington University, and she holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
