Yesim has an extensive experience in local and international consulting companies.

Yesim works across a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Finance, Energy, and Telecom and has worked with major conglomerates in Turkey in terms of leadership assessment, culture transformation and talent management.

She also works to build capability in client organizations. She conducts accreditation programs and partners with clients on an ongoing basis to enable them to support their leaders.

Yesim has in depth experience in supporting organizations and leaders to establish a high performance culture. Her experience mainly focuses on leadership assessment, talent and leadership development, executive coaching, and culture transformation.
She works with top teams, supporting them to develop their effectiveness to deliver better performance. She works as part of international project teams to support leaders of global companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Yesim was the HR Manager of one of the biggest conglomerates in Turkey Sabanca± Holding where she was responsible for talent and leadership practices for 14 Group Companies. Before this, she worked as an consultant for several local and global companies. Yesim has her Bachelor degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Middle East Technical University. She is an ICF accredited Coach.
