Kevin Kraft is responsible for the Sales and Service Transformation offerings for KF Digital globally. 

Kevin has been an advisor to Fortune 100 executive teams driving growth and talent transformations.

He has over 25 years experience helping organizations identify their growth opportunities and the strategies that enable them to reach their goals. 

Kevin has a passion for designing and guiding the execution of transformation programs through development of new behaviors and processes that are efficient, scalable and leverage digital technologies; while ensuring the proper organizational alignment and proper incentives are in place for the sales, marketing and operations functions to maximize results.

Kevin previously led consulting practices focusing on growth strategy, sales effectiveness and talent transformation for Cognizant, Accenture and Capgemini / Ernst & Young. 

Kevin is an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University where he teaches a class in Sales, Relationship Building and Client Retention, and shapes Independent Study classes that coach sales and marketing leaders to be more successful in their careers.

Kevin is a certified SPIN Selling Facilitator/Instructor and Sales Coach; and is also a certified instructor in Tracom’s Social Style & Versatility.

Mr. Kraft earned his Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
