Detail: 
When you click on a link to open a PDF in Getting Things Done, nothing happens.
 
Cause: 
Adobe Reader is not configured to launch PDFs in the browser.
 
Solution: 
Configure Adobe Reader to display PDF files in your browser by following the instructions in the Adobe Support article called Display PDF In Browser.

Additional information: 
The generic PDFs in the course can be opened by the Reader stand-alone program. However, the participant workbook-specific pdfs can only be launched in the brower via the Reader ActiveX plug-in. The plug-in must be enabled in the Internet Explorer browser AND it must be configured correctly for these pdfs to open.
