Global food and beverage company.

When this world-famous business split into two new companies, we developed and launched a new employer brand that communicated the scale of opportunity for professionals in North America. This involved creating a high-impact creative campaign around one key recruitment message: ‘Join a company that has the spirit of a start-up and the soul of a powerhouse’. The creative collateral we produced, which included a dedicated microsite, online video storyboard, interactive banners and static adverts, helped demonstrate to candidates that they had an opportunity to shape the future of this fascinating business. A dedicated careers website was the centerpiece of the campaign.

Leading power systems firm.

This world-leading provider of power systems and services approached us to deliver a campaign aimed at engaging school leavers. As part of the campaign, we designed and built a mobile-optimized website that housed a whole range of content relating to a company initiative to create the world’s first jet engine to be made entirely from Lego. The site also incorporated targeted careers messaging and a blogging platform.

Multinational technology firm.

We created a global graduate employer value proposition that helped this global supplier of electronics and technologies to compete for young engineering and corporate talent around the world. Our approach was to conduct employee focus groups and targeted brand research across the U.S., Europe and Asia before developing a core message: “Create the future”. This message became the basis for a global graduate recruitment program, featuring a wide range of collateral including a dedicated careers website.
