Enable human resource practitioners to evaluate positions

Virtual / EX Group Classification Training 2024

The program is designed to enable human resource practitioners and others who are involved with the Plan to evaluate positions in a manner that is consistent with the Executive Group Position Evaluation Plan.

For human resource practitioners, the course provides the knowledge and skills to enable them to provide assistance to management in the evaluation of positions at the executive level in the federal public service. In addition to this primary target audience the course is suitable for senior HR managers who are responsible for managing the EX-Group in their department or agency. Finally, the course is also suitable for senior line managers who are called upon to manage the EX-Group or serve as members of evaluation committees.

Video participation is required – all sessions are virtual.
