Korn/Ferry International recently released an online test that appraises an executive’s level of self-awareness.

Korn/Ferry International recently released an online test that appraises an executive’s level of self-awareness. This assessment, called ProSpective, asks the executive to choose the skills he or she is the best and worst at (relatively speaking), and then request similar input from colleagues. The assessment revealed striking results from professionals who took the test: 79 percent of executives have at least one blind spot and 40 percent have at least one hidden strength.

J. Evelyn Orr, Consultant of Intellectual Property Development for Korn/Ferry International, shares with The Korn/Ferry Institute on why self-awareness matters in the workplace.
