This report presents the results of the 2006 VOICES® Norm Study for North America. The data were collected from approximately 2100 employees in 11 different organizations. The report has two major sections. The first part provides the normative data of the “skill” ratings. The second part presents the normative data of the “importance” ratings. At the end of each part, the 2006 norms are compared with the 2002 norms.
