The purpose of this report is two-fold. First, we want to report the current VOICES® norms for skill competency and skill importance for North America, Europe, Asia, and New Zealand/Australia. Secondly, we want to examine whether there are any significant inter-regional differences among these norms. The data were collected from approximately 4,000 learners employed at 27 different companies. In total, more than 26,000 raters located in 17 countries were analyzed in this normative study.
