In the fifth installment of Proof Points, Korn/Ferry's IP-focused thought leadership, the Firm's analysis on a constellation of skills, dubbed 'The Big 8', revealed the top competencies associated with high performers at all organizational levels. However, they are rare and hard to develop—only 12 percent of executives count four or more among their top-tier strengths.
