China's growth is likely to slow as it transitions from an export-driven economy to more of a consumer-based economy. These changing economic forces will mean new markets, new customers, and almost boundless opportunities. Organizations with superior leadership will be well positioned to become the winners in the years ahead.
To explore these issues, Korn Ferry conducted a comprehensive, global survey on leadership development generating more than 7,500 responses from 107 countries. Over 1,500 of these responses came from the Asia Pacific region, and 170 from China specifically.
The findings reveal a sense of urgency among business and HR leaders to re-engineer leadership development in pursuit of superior transformation, growth and performance.
