LOS ANGELES, September 8, 2015 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Miguel Picardo has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Industrial Practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Santiago office.

Mr. Picardo joins Korn Ferry from Vestas, number one in wind energy - improving business case certainty and reducing the cost of energy for their customers, where he was Vice President General Manager, Spain & Portugal, later Brazil and finally LATAM.

Prior to Vestas, Mr. Picardo worked at British Petroleum, where he was the Senior Director in the Oil & Gas business focused in Liquid Natural Gas for the Heavy Industry in Spain

Mr. Picardo earned his Master of Management degree from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland and his Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with a major in Energy and Fuels from Polytechnic University in Madrid.
