Futurestep Powers-Up Avaya’s Talent Acquisition Capability

Partnership to support EMEA & APAC Recruitment
London, June 9, 2015 – Futurestep, a Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) company specialising in high-impact recruitment solutions, today announced it has been selected by Avaya to provide a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution across EMEA and APAC, as it looks to advance its in-house resourcing function.
A 21st century business communications company, Avaya is looking to fill c.500 internal and external roles this year across EMEA and APAC. The organisation will utilise Futurestep’s expertise to build and manage full life cycle recruitment strategies for external and internal hires across both regions. The vacancies will specifically focus on niche technology account management, sales and marketing, research and development roles, and corporate functions.
As part of its contract with Avaya, Futurestep will deploy recruiters on client sites in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Hungary, Israel, UAE, Australia, China and Singapore. Avaya and Futurestep have agreed to a long term RPO contract that will evolve over time to flex with Avaya’s future needs utilising Futurestep’s global Recruitment Centers of Excellence (RCOE) including sites in Poland, China and New Zealand.

Futurestep’s Talent Acquisition Advisory practice will be involved in the programme implementation process by providing Avaya with insight into candidate recruitment behaviour across the globe and also provide Avaya stakeholders with a verified recruitment data set to act as the benchmark data for the programme KPIs and continuous improvement targets.
