The innovative tool is the first offspring of KF4D, launched last year and believed to be the worlds most sophisticated and accurate talent intelligence platform. KF4D’s statistically validated best-in-class profiles – for any professional role, in any industry –
are drawn from Korn Ferry’s pool of more than 2.5 million assessed executives.
