LOS ANGELES, May 16, 2018 — Vijay Gandhi, Regional Director – EMEA for Korn Ferry’s Products Group, has been recognized by Forbes as one of the “Top 50 Indian Executives in the Arab World.” Gandhi is based in the firm’s Dubai office.

Forbes honored Gandhi for his importance to and influence on Korn Ferry, its clients and the greater business community in the region.

For more than 20 years, Gandhi has worked closely with human resource teams in the Arab world to execute their talent strategy. He is widely regarded for his embrace of technology as a source for driving workforce performance.

Gandhi has a particularly strong focus on leveraging tools, benchmarks, insights and data to design high-level global HR frameworks for senior executives in the region – helping them more effectively manage their talent.

Gandhi has a Master of Business Administration degree from Durham University in the United Kingdom and Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He joined Korn Ferry in 2001 and has worked in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, India, Singapore and Malaysia. Gandhi is a long-time resident of the Arab region, where his family roots go back 60 years, before the UAE federation was formed.
