“Korn Ferry’s Employee Engagement Awards recognize organizations that have built best-in-class levels of engagement within the countries they operate, as measured through our employee study,” said Ben Hubbard, Korn Ferry Director of Culture and Engagement. “Receiving this award is a true accolade, as it showcases those companies that are building work environments in which people can thrive.”

Employee engagement is widely used as a critical performance indicator by the world’s most progressive enterprises. Korn Ferry research shows high levels of engagement can help boost revenue growth by up to two and a half times over peer companies.

“Having a highly engaged workforce is no longer a ‘nice to have,’” said Hubbard. “An engaged workforce has the power to deliver tangible competitive advantage in the ever-evolving war for talent and discretionary performance.”

The study analyzed recent Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Survey data from a portfolio of clients in 21 countries across the globe. The winners are companies that hold one of the top three highest scores within their respective countries of operation, with some countries recognizing four companies in the case of a tie.
