Paul Ciancarelli joins Korn Ferry’s Financial Services Practice

LOS ANGELES, April 10, 2015 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Paul Ciancarelli has joined the firm as a member of the Global Financial Services Practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Boston Office.
Mr. Ciancarelli joins Korn Ferry from a global executive search firm, where he served as a member of the Asset & Wealth Management Practice.

In addition to his reputation as a trusted adviser on human capital trends across the asset management industry, Mr. Ciancarelli is highly regarded for his expertise in the defined contribution industry. His executive recruiting experience spans multiple functional areas, including CEO, COO and CFO, with an emphasis on distribution, marketing and product searches across institutional, intermediary and retail distribution channels.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ciancarelli completed an intensive leadership development program with a global diversified business services company before overseeing their campus recruiting efforts for the Northeast region.
Mr. Ciancarelli earned a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Providence College.
