Top five pharmaceutical firm.

We helped this global pharmaceutical and healthcare company launch an initiative called LeaderSuccession to identify, develop and mentor the future leaders of the business. LeaderSuccession is a customized program of individual assessment and feedback, group learning, and executive coaching. The program has helped create a base of self-aware, influential leaders whose focus extends beyond individual results to a concern for the team and the broader organization. This has been integral to the company’s success in extending its recognition as one of the world’s most admired companies.

International tobacco company.

Our client’s vision was to become the top international tobacco company in the Asia Pacific region outside of China and Japan. Achieving this goal depended on two key elements: a strong leadership team who could manage their growth and a pool of emerging leaders to ensure the growth was sustainable. We delivered a range of leadership development and succession planning tools to help in both these areas. This resulted in more than 200 leaders gaining rich insights, feedback and coaching. It also provided the company with valuable data on the strength of its talent pools.

World-famous rail firm.

Facing an aging workforce and critical talent gaps, this rail company had urgent need of a succession management system that would address the specific business needs of growth, profit and risk mitigation. They also needed to build bench strength from CEO level down through mid-level leaders. Following our assessment of 80 top executives, the company was able to expand its succession and development assessment program to 400 mid-level managers. We had, in their words, given them “a new paradigm in how to build careers and talent”.
