Arnold Sherrin

Since joining the Firm in 1997, he has conducted more than 800 executive-level search assignments for clients in the health care and higher education industries.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Sherrin served as the vice president and COO of the PriMed division of NYLCare Health Plan, Inc. He also served as a senior manager in the health care practices of Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Sherrin's management experience stems from his time as vice president of operations at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and the assistant executive director of clinical and ancillary services at Hahnemann University Hospital.

As a health care consultant, Mr. Sherrin has served more than 100 client organizations throughout the United States in the hospital, managed care, ambulatory care and biotechnology industries. His consulting experience includes business strategy development, operational improvement, reengineering, organizational redesign and compensation planning.

Mr. Sherrin holds a master's of business administration in health care administration from Temple University, and a bachelor's in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
