Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Royer was an associate at an executive search firm based in Vancouver, BC. During this time, he executed on a broad array of leadership mandates for local and national clients.

Mr. Royer has a strong track record leading assignments across a wide variety of functions, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and technical roles. He also offers industry depth in the Resources, Financial Services, and Industrial sectors. He brings a strong track record of successful searches with clients focused on industrial automation and technology.

Mr. Royer earned a Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree from Adler University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in finance, from Michigan Technological University.
