Janna’s extensive journey has led her onto other roles such as Team Lead, and Director of our Talent Delivery Centre, prior to taking on her current role of Client Director.
Primarily Janna is responsible for our RPO business in New Zealand, with strategic accountability for our ANZ Talent Delivery Centre; a team of 70 providing sourcing, screening and administration support to our ANZ RPO clients as well as our New Zealand based client relationships.
From a client perspective, she is accountable for the strategic leadership, account management & continuous improvement of our APAC wide RPO solutions, such as Fonterra and NZ Post..
Partnering with the client & having robust discussions around what they’re currently doing & how they’re doing it is an aspect which drives Janna in her role. With experiences at the front of her mind, Janna is always willing to challenge the status quo & promote forward thinking & opportunities.
Across her career span, Janna has worked & managed teams in a variety of in-house & RPO recruitment models across New Zealand, China & the UK. She has also been involved in recruitment strategy design & implementation, as well as project management & assessment design.
