Ms. Chavey has over 15 years of experience working with clients on strategic talent needs with a focus on recruiting technology leaders and leaders across corporate and business functions. She has worked with a variety of clients within healthcare including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, managed care organizations, for-profit healthcare services, and healthcare information technology companies.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as Executive Talent Acquisition Manager for a major financial services firm where she supported the organization's leadership recruitment needs across Enterprise Technology and Corporate Functions.
Ms. Chavey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University and served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy.
