Seth M. Steinberg

Seth's track record includes successful assignments for Fortune 500 clients as well as private capital-backed businesses across all sectors, with a particular focus in Industrial Technology & High-Tech. As part of Korn Ferry's Supply Chain Center of Expertise (COE), Seth has conducted C-Suite and key deputy positions spanning the end to end value chain e.g. procurement and strategic sourcing, demand and supply planning/S&OP, manufacturing operations, and distribution & logistics.

In addition, he is often asked to take on assignments in general management as well as functional commercial leadership roles in sales and marketing, strategy and business development.

Previously, Seth was a Director at another large international search firm where he earned ‘Top Associate' honors three consecutive years in a row.

He began his career with a leading boutique search firm cited in BusinessWeek's 2008 list of the World's 50 Most Influential Headhunters.

Seth graduated from the University of Florida and earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He later completed post-graduate studies in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University.

Seth is a member of the Institute for Supply Management and a contributor to industry articles and thought leadership.
