Jennifer Zamora is an experienced people leader and leadership/career coach with expertise in developing and engaging top talent.

Prior to working at Korn Ferry, Jennifer served as a talent development leader at a global law firm where she led the performance management center of excellence and developed programs to integrate coaching into the organization. 

In her current role, Jennifer leads scalable coaching operations for Korn Ferry Advance and a global coaching delivery team that supports career transition, assessment feedback, leadership development engagements.

Jennifer has expertise building and leading teams as well as coaching and advising business professionals at all levels from front-line employees to senior executives in various stages of their leadership and career development journeys. She thrives on partnering with people to help them connect their passion, purpose, and talents to achieve success in their careers.

She brings a unique perspective and practical approach to helping her clients own and drive their careers by tapping into their motivations and drivers, aspirations and talents, to increase their awareness and insights of core strengths and development areas.

She helps individuals identify the skills they want to develop, navigate the nuances of their current role, ready themselves for their next role, lead through change, or lead for impact. 

Jennifer holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Jennifer received an MS in Leadership & Organizational Development and a Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, she earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA and her BA in English Literature from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA.
