Lisa Mason is a senior member of Korn Ferry’s RPO Leadership Team in Australia and New Zealand, where she leads the Westpac RPO solution. With over 25 years of experience across RPO, MSP, and service governance in highly regulated environments, Lisa brings deep expertise and strategic insight to her role.

Since joining Korn Ferry in 2019 as Implementation Director for RPO in ANZ, Lisa has overseen the successful deployment and operational excellence of multiple RPO solutions. Her focus on quality assurance and compliance has been instrumental in ensuring robust governance frameworks and sustainable service delivery.

For the past five years, Lisa has partnered closely with Westpac, fostering a trusted relationship and driving continuous improvement to align talent solutions with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Lisa held leadership roles in project management, consultancy, global HR operations, and performance management at Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), working across EMEA and APAC. Her passion for operational excellence and client success is reflected in her commitment to delivering first-class experiences through strong implementation programs, commercial stewardship, and ongoing innovation.

Lisa is also a dedicated people leader and advocate for employee wellbeing, serving as Chair of the ANZ Wellness Committee.

Originally from the UK, Lisa relocated to Australia eight years ago and now enjoys coastal living, spending time outdoors with her family and German Shepherd, Albus.
