She works with C-suite executives, boards, and senior leaders to navigate workforce transformation, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable impact through coaching, career strategy, and organisational design.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Stacey held executive roles at Randstad RiseSmart, including Senior Vice President, APAC, and Client Solutions Director, APAC. In these positions, she led the commercial organisation across Asia Pacific—overseeing go-to-market strategy, international business development, and client solutions delivery. Her leadership helped global and regional clients navigate change with agility, resilience, and compassion, while elevating brand value and employee experience. She also played a key role in positioning RiseSmart as an industry leader in vision and capability across career transition and coaching services.
With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, human capital consulting, business transformation, and career mobility & transition, Stacey has advised a diverse range of organisations across sectors including banking, mining, professional services, education, and government.
Her expertise spans the launch and growth of start-ups to revitalising mature enterprises, with global experience across Asia Pacific, India, EMEA, and the United States.
She excels in dynamic, market-driven settings and is known for her ability to influence across all levels—including board leadership—and deliver results in both mature and emerging markets.
At Korn Ferry, Stacey is responsible for accelerating and expanding the firm’s Coaching & Career Transition practice across Australia, New Zealand, and into the broader Asia Pacific region. She works at the intersection of individual development and organisational transformation—advising clients on how to navigate change and build workforce resilience at scale. In parallel, she champions Korn Ferry’s end-to-end talent solutions across organisational design, selection & assessment, leadership and professional development, internal mobility, reward, and career transition to help clients achieve their strategic and commercial goals. Her role is pivotal in aligning people strategy with business performance, and in positioning Korn Ferry as a partner of choice for organisations navigating complexity and growth.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Juris Doctor, and a Masters of Business Administration. She is committed to building collaborative, high-performance cultures that help individuals thrive and organisations grow—especially in times of transition.
