Saudi Arabia is one of the world's most optimistic workforces on AI. 81% of employees say they are excited about how AI will change their work, against 65% globally and three in four (78%) say AI has already made them more efficient.
For now, AI is also adding to the load. Some 64% say AI tools have increased the number of tasks expected of them, compared with 52% globally. Drawing on the views of 500 professionals in Saudi Arabia, this report shows where the workforce stands today and what leaders can do next.
