His solid international HR professional background and expertise in leadership roles help Organizations achieve their business and people goals through understanding its challenges, designing, and implementing viable solutions.

He has managed complex projects involving multiple topics such as Mergers & Acquisitions, HR Operational Models, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Line Manager Accountability, and Employer Branding in order to help organizations in its transformation process or leveraging his regional expertise in Latin America.

During his 24 years of experience working for multinational companies and from founding a boutique professional services firm, Agustin has the capabilities to engage in strategic conversations with HR and Business leaders to help shape the Organizational and Leadership needs, aligned to the strategic priorities of the business.

Agustin has extensive experience in: Mergers and Acquisitions, Succession and Workforce Planning, Performance Management Alignment, Talent Assessment, Measuring and Managing Engagement, Cultural Transformation, Employer Branding  and Diversity and Inclusion.

Agustin holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Instituto Tecnologico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). He has additional studies on Human Resources Leadership, Business Leadership, Coaching, and Design Thinking.

He is fluent in Spanish, English, and has an intermediate level in Portuguese.

He serves in the Board of FIMA AC, a Non-Profit Organization helping underprivileged kids with brain injuries and mental disabilities to improve their daily lives and opportunities in life.
