Alejandra Martinez is a Senior Principal in the Mexico city office.

Her experience in building organizations includes Talent and Human Resources roles focused on the following practices:

Talent Assessment based on in-depth behavioral interviews (including leading in-house Assessment and Development Centers); Talent & Performance Management, Employee Relations; Learning and Development, Organization Culture and Inclusion, Engagement initiatives and Social Responsibility. Strategic and Business support roles as Organization Design and Planning,  Change Management initiatives, Work Process Change as Business Partner.

Her BA background, together with her experience, enables her to understand both the business and the organization, in order to define integrated solutions for clients. Alejandra also builds solid business partner relationships, instilling trust and sharing knowledge and experience to build better ideas.

More than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources area, in global companies such as P&G, Groupe Danone and Philip Morris International, in Talent / Organizational Development and HR Business Partner roles specially for commercial and staff functions, being part of the early adopter companies of this role in Mexico. Consulting experience in Value Chain.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ minor  in Industrial Engineering, Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Edo. Mex. And a Diploma in Organizational Communication from Universidad del Valle de México Campus Lomas Verdes.
