Principal, Financial Officers Practice
Ms. Johnson is a Principal in the Financial Officers Practice. In this role, she is responsible for leading searches for senior finance executives across Consumer and Industrial sectors in public, private, and private equity owned companies.
Ms. Johnson has specific expertise in Chief Accounting Officer / Corporate Controller searches, as well as other members of the CFO’s leadership team, with an eye towards future CFO succession.
She also previously led the Financial Officers Practice Associate Council and helps with identifying the best resources to meet clients’ needs.
Ms. Johnson joined Korn Ferry from a global executive search firm, where she was a member of their Financial Officers Practice, where she worked across all markets on a range of finance leadership roles.
Prior to transitioning to executive search, Ms. Johnson spent ten years working in higher education as a leader and career coach for M.B.A. and law students. Ms. Johnson earned B.A. in Religious Studies from Boston University and her M.A. in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas.
