Ms. Tarodi-Flaus brings a significant experience in serving large industrial companies by implementing, managing and developing complex RPO solutions in France and in Europe. She manages in-house and off-site recruitment teams and develops partnership with the client's organisation to advise on its talent acquisition strategy (set-up of streamlined and cost-effective recruitment process and metrics, innovative and global sourcing strategy, ATS optimisation, social media presence and broader employer branding initiatives).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2007, Ms. Tarodi-Flaus worked for a small French executive search firm in Paris.

Ms. Tarodi-Flaus studied in Hungary, in Germany and in France, she holds a Master of Science in Business Administration degree from the Corvinus University of Budapest. She is fluent in Hungarian, French, English and German.
