Eric builds upon a 30-year track record in executive leadership, venture capital advisory, and enterprise intrapreneurship & transformation.

He is an established global thought leader having published 8 books on technology development and innovation management and is passionate about working with senior leaders to implement broad, scaled change, while being recognized for his persistent focus on practical, hands-on execution. He thrives in developing great teams, driving them to think bigger, and working cross organizationally to deliver results.

For the decade prior to joining Korn Ferry, Eric was the Global Chief People Officer and APJC Head of Professional Services for Amazon Web Services. Prior to that, Eric ran the APJC CTO and COO for UBS and Merrill Lynch Bank of America respectively. In those roles, Eric worked with boards and senior teams driving business results through corporate culture change, innovation, the development of entrepreneurial enterprise leaders, and operational excellence.

Most recently, Eric worked with Fortune 500 enterprises to tailor and adopt the Working Backwards approach to enterprise innovation. Since 2018, “Innovation Engine” spinouts have secured over 200M in internal/external funding and have generated a combined revenue impact of over 25B for customers.

Eric is based in Singapore, and for the past 30 years holds deeply rooted emerging markets experience in APAC. He is passionate in exploring ‘possibility’ alongside seasoned leaders and has led delivery to global MNC’s such as DBS, Globe Telecom, Petronas, LG, and Astro to name a few. He holds a BA in Anthropology from UCLA, a Masters in Science, Technology, and Public Policy and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
