She is dedicated to help and support leaders and organizations to address business challenges, through talent management assessment and development programs.

 Margarida has extensive experience coordinating projects and teams, delivering projects with a main focus on talent acquisition, assessment and potential identification, talent management, career development and others.

She also gathered experience conducting executive search, talent mappings and leadership assessment projects, across different sectors, namely life sciences, consumer goods, industry and utilities.

Margarida is a certified Coach by ICF and holds accreditations in Leadership & Talent Assessment tools, like: Leaderfit and Hogan Assessment Systems.

She has experience in managing and delivering projects for clients in Brazil and LATAM and has solid expertise in Leadership and Talent, Succession planning, Coaching and Competency Modeling.

Margarida holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Lusófona and a post graduate degree in Business Management, from ISCTE.

Started her career as HR Specialist in the Industrial sector and has more than 20 years of professional experience working in Leadership & Talent Consulting and Executive Search.

Portuguese native, speaks fluent English and a good level of Spanish.
