For over 25-year, Navin has built a robust portfolio across enterprise innovation, technology-driven transformation, entrepreneurship and venture building.

His unique blend of experience comes from successful ventures in both the corporate world and the Asian start-up scene, all under-pinned by a strong fundamentals in digital technologies.  He is passionate about helping organizations achieve their business goals through developing a culture of innovation and technology adoption strategies that translate into tangible business outcomes. He thrives in developing great teams, driving them to think big and work cross-organizationally to deliver results.

For six years prior to joining Korn Ferry, Navin led the ASEAN Advisory practice for at Amazon Web Services, followed by the APJC practice at Microsoft.  Prior to that, he founded, built and successfully exited a technology consultancy helping Asian SMEs with digital transformation.

Most recently, Navin worked with both Fortune 500 enterprises and new unicorns on growth acceleration programmes that have resulted in new revenues of over 20B.

Navin is based in Malaysia, and for the past 30 years holds deeply rooted experience in APAC and EMEA.  He is invigorated in exploring the art-of-the-possible alongside seasoned leaders and has led deliveries with global organizations such as Petronas, BHP, FIFA, T-Mobile, Maxis and JCorp to name a few.  He holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Imperial College, London and a Research MSc in Telecommunications from Dublin City University.
