Certified Competency Analyst with key experiences in design and conduct of 360 degree feedbacks and Competency Based Interviews, Pritima has guided and lead multiple discussions with teams and leaders as well as conduct employee development and intervention programs to improve and grow the effectiveness of individuals, teams and leaders.

Pritima brings 12 years of experience within the Leadership, Talent & Engagement capacity, particularly in the areas of Leadership Assessment and Development, Change Management, Talent Management and Human Capital Development.

Her industry experience spans across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, health care, financial services, technology, government linked/multinational companies, education and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Pritima was leading Learning and Organisation Development Team of Worldline focusing primarily on Performance Management, Succession Management, Competency Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment, Talent Development, Retention and other spectrums of taking Human Performance to the next level.She finds immense passion in accelerating the performance and development of leaders.

Pritima holds an MBA from University of Mumbai, India, specializing in Business and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she has worked with organizations like CitiusTech and Worldline.

Pritima is certified in Design Thinking and Agile as well as Korn Ferry IP led initiatives including KFLS and KFLA.
