Risk Management addresses how to identify, quantify, control, and respond to risk management in the context of a more prescriptive/hybrid project life cycle. The course teaches qualitative and quantitative techniques and tools for assessing the impact of risk. Using interactive exercises and case studies allow participants to apply risk management theories, concepts, and principles to real-world situations.
