With 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Redmond brings a strong background in the areas of talent strategy, talent management, succession, leadership development, and executive assessment. Additionally, he has coached executives through developing strategy, organizational change, building broader alignment and engagement, influencing and communicating for impact, and building relationships and trust.
Mr. Redmond has successfully coached clients to achieve significant results in a wide range of industries and situations. He has worked with a CHRO to build the clarity, trust, and engagement needed to rollout a new global strategy/structure and onboarded a new CFO from outside the industry into a global organization with a unique culture. In additiona, Mr. Redmond was able to accelerate development of a cohort of emerging leaders and global GMs through stretch assignments.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Redmond was the MD of talent management and development at Worley Parsons, the vice president of talent development at Fannie Mae, as well as a principal at Redmond Leadership Consulting.
Mr. Redmond has coached executives in the following industries: consumer products, industrials, energy, financial services, insurance, technology, hospitality, energy, engineering, manufacturing, services, non-profit, and professional services.
Mr. Redmond has a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University.
Mr. Redmond has an executive coaching certification from i-Coach at Baruch University and is a member of the Society of Industry/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Planning Society.
