Ms. Capelli has over ten years of experience as a leadership development professional. With deep expertise in the area of executive benchmarking and one-on-one development and coaching, her clients include senior executives from Fortune 100 companies and their equivalent domiciled in Europe, together with government organizations in Singapore and Australia.
She also consults with organizations on areas including succession planning, talent management, and cultural change. With a background in clinical psychology Ms. Capelli brings a depth of knowledge in leadership assessment which enables her to position developmental feedback and advice that is valuable at the individual and organizational level.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Capelli ran her own consulting business in Singapore where she focused on executive coaching, assessment, and providing advice to organizations on talent management, succession, cultural change, and expatriate transition.
She has completed the coaching psychology course at Sydney University and is accredited in reality therapy and cognitive-behavior therapy. She is also accredited in a range of psychometric assessment tools including Decision Styles, viaEDGETM, Choices® , Voices®, MBTI, Hogan, ECI 360, MSCEIT, and the full suite of SHL assessments.
Ms. Capelli holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from James Cook University and undergraduate degrees from the University of Western Australia and Curtin University of Technology.
